EnlivenUp!: An Improv-Inspired Adult Recess

What does it feel like to be fully present? To exercise joyfulness and stay ferociously connected—to one another, your creativity and your community? How might it feel to let go and have fun, just for the sake of it?

Join an immersive workshop where we'll play and move and tell stories together all in the name of our shared aliveness!

During the workshop, Shannon will guide you through a series of play-based exercises designed to get you out of your head and into free-flowing connection with your creative self. We'll practice important skills around intentional listening and awareness, spontaneity and effective collaboration, together in a fun and inclusive space.

You’ll laugh, hang with new friends, and leave with a few tricks to Enliven Up! in the world.

Please RSVP here.

Suggested offering: $25–$40

Shannon Hughes is a facilitator, coach, and organizational culture advisor who uses the principles of improv to spark trust, collaboration, and deep connection. Through her company, Enlivened Studios, she helps leaders cultivate a people-first culture by embracing an improv mindset one “Yes, and...” at a time.

You: Re-IMAGE-ined!

Hosted by Nene Burns (biography below)

In this playful and profound workshop, we will work with images from magazines to explore a pathway out of all-too-familiar-to-us thoughts and dilemmas in our lives.

Come ready with a few "persistent complaints" or "disempowering thoughts" you have in your work or personal life. Be ready to let the images you select loosen the hold these thoughts or beliefs may have upon you. Delight in creating a NEW lens through which to reimagine yourself.

Please RSVP here.

Nene Burns (Executive Coach & Leadership Development Specialist) grew up milking goats and showing rabbits, has lived 10+ years abroad, does therapeutic body work and coaches top executives across tech, advertising and luxury travel.  She uses a whole person approach which takes into consideration the many dimensions of an individual and the multi-layered  contexts surrounding any person.

She pulls from resources in psychology, philosophy, neurobiology, somatics, quantum physics, art, music and nature to help people see their blind spots, how they are part of a bigger picture and to reach for the stars (even if they think they are already at the top! ;-)

Her diverse background and 25+ years of developing effective leaders gives her a unique perspective and a quality of "making magic happen" with her clients.
